1. Prevent open fire accidents

There are many sources of open flames at gas stations, and generally enough attention should be paid to several aspects.

(2) Strengthen the management of other open fire sources, such as children playing with fire and setting off firecrackers.

(3) Strengthen the management of non-explosion-proof electrical appliances, such as electric stoves, rice cookers, electric tea kettles, fast heating, electric fans, air conditioners and other non-explosion-proof electrical appliances in the gas station business room or duty room.

(4) Strengthen the management of the beacon operation of refueling vehicles. It is forbidden for motorcycles to start leaving the station after refueling, and to refuel motorcycles outside the dangerous area.

(5) Strengthen the management of hot fire maintenance operations. When using open flames at gas stations, there must be complete procedures and strict implementation of rules and regulations.

  2, anti-static accident

  Static electricity accumulation discharge is one of the factors that cause fire accidents. There are several reasons for static electricity generated in gas stations: static electricity generated in the pipeline; static electricity generated by filters; static electricity generated by oil filling; static electricity generated by automobile tank trucks and static electricity generated by people.

  (1) The oil pipeline and the oil storage tank should be equipped with electrostatic grounding devices and checked and tested frequently. The resistance value should not exceed 30Ω.

  (2) I often check and test the electrostatic wire on the hose of the fuel gun, and the resistance value should not exceed 10Ω.

  (3) Fuel oil and flammable oil products cannot be directly injected into plastic drums.

  (4) When unloading oil from the automobile tank truck, an electrostatic grounding clamp or an unloading electrostatic alarm device should be connected to the ground. The anti-static grounding resistance shall not exceed 100Ω.

  (5) Practitioners should wear anti-static overalls to eliminate static electricity from the human body.

  3, prevent electrical fire accidents

Once an electrical fire occurs in a gas station, it is more dangerous. Special attention should be paid to the overall explosion-proof state and integrity of the electrical. When checking the electrical wiring, you should pay attention to: whether the wires are pulled in the dangerous area; whether the electrical appliances are aging; whether the piping and wiring are loose, Falling off; Whether the electrical facilities are damaged or violate the operating regulations.

  4, lightning protection accident

  (1) The horizontal steel oil tank must be grounded for lightning protection, the grounding point should not be less than 2 points, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 10Ω, and frequent inspections and tests should be performed.

  (2) Metal accessories such as the tank body, oil measuring hole, and flame arrestor of the oil tank should be connected to the telegraph and grounded. The grounding resistance should not be greater than 10Ω.

(3) When the station building and canopy need to prevent direct lightning strikes, lightning protection belts should be used.
